We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate pipeline and champion Protean AI with prospective customers. You’ll identify target accounts, open conversations, deliver crisp demos, qualify opportunities, and support proposals—owning the journey from first touch through to a confident hand-off or close with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own inside sales: lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups across outbound and inbound.
  • Identify potential customers, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to next steps.
  • Deliver corporate presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Qualify and manage opportunities, including drafting proposals and responding to queries.
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders and support deal closure with the account team.
  • Run competitor/customer analysis to explore new markets and segments.
  • Hit agreed sales targets and activity outcomes on schedule.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year in an SDR/inside-sales or closely related role.
  • Based in Delhi NCR: Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, or Noida.
  • Clear written & verbal communication; confident presenting to stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.
